11. Chrome Extension Data Use Disclosure
This section applies to the Phil-Am Contact Enhancer Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), used exclusively by internal Phil-Am Insurance Agency team members. Last Updated: December 1, 2025.
No Collection or Storage of Personal Data
The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, or retain any personal data outside of the user's own device or their existing GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM account. No personal information is saved on Phil-Am servers, third-party servers, or any external storage. All data processed by the Extension remains fully contained within the user's browser session and authenticated CRM environment.
Purpose of the Extension
The Extension is designed solely to support Phil-Am Insurance staff by enhancing workflow within the GoHighLevel platform. Core functions include:
- Displaying a Medicare Intake modal inside the GHL interface
- Autocompleting addresses to reduce manual data entry
- Viewing and updating existing contact fields
- Accessing and populating SOA-related information
- Assisting with HealthSherpa contact linking
Data the Extension Interacts With
When a user voluntarily opens the Medicare Intake modal, the Extension may read or modify data fields already associated with the user's GoHighLevel contact record (name, address, MBI, carrier, plan details, HealthSherpa ID). These data elements are never collected, stored, transferred, or analyzed by Phil-Am or any third party.
Use of Google Places API
To assist with accurate address entry, the Extension uses the Google Places REST API for real-time address suggestions. Only the text typed into the address field is sent to Google's API — no names, IDs, notes, or other CRM data is transmitted. No address data is stored, shared, or used for advertising.
No Tracking or Analytics
The Extension does not track browsing history, user actions, mouse movement, usage analytics, system information, or website content. No data is shared with advertisers or used for behavioral profiling.
Permissions Used
The Extension uses only the minimum permissions necessary: activeTab/tabs (to open the intake modal), scripting (to inject the interface), storage (for local UI preferences), and host permissions limited to GoHighLevel's API and Google Places API.
Internal Use Only
This Extension is intended exclusively for authorized Phil-Am Insurance Agency team members and provides no functionality outside the GoHighLevel CRM environment.

We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
